World Poverty Contest

Instead of just having us create graphics about world poverty, we’ve decided to hold a contest. The rules are listed below:

• You have to be 12 or older to enter
• You must have a valid email address (or a parent’s permission to use their’s)
• All graphics must be 1280 (width) by 720 (height) in pixels
• No use of stock art or the like is allowed, unless used to create a collage (several photos put together)
• No text unless it says, “World Poverty“, “Who Cares?“, or “Make A Difference“

Prize:

As a prize you will recieve a special package of images, not shown here on the website! You graphics will also be on the new upcoming “Featured” page.

World Poverty

I saw something yesterday that got me thinking about a new background. World poverty is worse than you can imagine, even from just a few pictures. Although the picture above is not what I saw, it is all the same. Who will reach out to them and change their lives? It’s sad how people in the US have so much that they don’t even realize the bigger picture.

World Poverty – Who Cares Enough To Change It? 

This made me want to create a background, out of pictures from poor areas, showing what’s going on. We want to impact the world we live in, and we start by doing something to get people thinking more about it.
